Decree No. 318 by the French High Commissioner, General Gouraud:
The following territories and towns shall be annexed to Mount Lebanon:
- The Wilayat of Beirut, including the Cazas of Saidon, Tyre and Marjioun.
- The Wilayat of Tripoli, including the Caza of Akkar.
- The Four Cazas: Bikaa, Baalbeck, Hasbia, and Rachia.

Greater Lebanon became the Republic of Lebanon pursuant to the new constitution.

Independence by abolishing the French Mandate.

Withdrawal of all Allied troops from Lebanese territory.
